New Growth of Churches in Burundi
In 2009 there were 13 Grace Bible Churches; currently there are approximately 60 churches
with at least one in most of the provinces of Burundi. None of the pastors are paid by the church; most are farmers. Each church typically has two pastors, both of whom
come for training in the summer.
